Bodybuilding.com Expo Performance-Based Fitness Competition Powered by Dymatize Register for a performance-based fitness competition. The competition will be held at the Century Link Arena on June 9th, from 10 am to 4 pm. There is a $15 registration fee and there will be first, second, and third place prizes for each division. There will be three rounds of workouts. The first workout will be basic movements and open to everyone. The top 20 athletes will move on to the second round and the workout will be slightly more difficult. The top 10 athletes will move onto the last workout which will be slightly more technical than the previous. All are invited to compete. The workouts will get more difficult with each additional round. The workouts will test fitness in cardiovascular, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, agility, balance, and accuracy. Scoring will be based on the total rankings from each round. Be sure to print your registration. This will give you quick entry through the front doors of the expo. Please check in with us between 10:00 and 10:15 Saturday morning. The athlete briefing with start at 10:30 am.
